ODA reviewed this institution in July, 2004, pursuant to ORS 348.609(d). Based on that review, we found that this institution is not a diploma mill within the meaning of OAR 583-050-0011(11). We also found that the institution's policies and requirements are insufficient to allow approval of its degrees for use in Oregon at this time. Both institutional policies and Oregon law may change, resulting in different findings in the future.

Anaheim University と Lambert University が認定（accreditation）を求めて認定権限のある機関に申請したとのこと。認定を受けられると良いですね。なお、申請先の DETC (The Distance Education and Training Council) には認定する権限がありますが、 ミシガン州の資料：www.michigan.gov/documents/Non-accreditedSchools_78090_7.pdfは最後のページで、似た名前の ネバダ州にある US-DETC には認定権限がなく、ワシントンDCにある正統な DETCと混同しないように呼びかけていますので、ご注意ください。
Newport University があるコンサルタントから品質経営についての規格 ISO 9001 を取得されたとのこと、おめでとうございます。ただ、認定（accreditation）とは関係ありません。
Columbia Commonwealth University については、原文が2004年4月19日時点から2004年7月1日時点へ更新された結果です。翻訳も2004年7月1日更新のものへアップデート致しました。》
