海外の賞は邦訳しかわからず、発行した団体名もわからないため、調べるのが難しいが「米国発明会議」とは、インベンターズ・クラブ・オブ・アメリカなる団体であることが判明、ここのＤｒ．アレギザンダー・マリアンチーノ委員長は、インターナショナル・ホール・オブ・フェイム（国際著名人名誉殿堂）の代表取締役でもあって、「ドクター中松は友人だ」と述べており、「アメリカ大統領賞」もこの人物が推薦したと語っている。
